Coast to Coast Scheduling Services, Inc. is currently scheduling retail shops at cell phone companies for GFK.

The purpose of the shop is to visit a cell phone location posing as a potential customer and inquire about particular products/services. 

You will evaluate the overall store appearance, merchandising, and the level of customer service provided by the sales/service personnel. 

Scenario: You are required to take a quiz in order to be eligible to do this shop. Please note: You get three tries and if you fail on the third try, you will not be able to do this shop. Please contact me at kate@ctcss.com if you run into any trouble after the first try. 

This shop has an $11 fee with a $4 bonus, for a total of $15!
