The purpose of the shop is to visit a cell phone location posing as a potential customer and inquire about particular products/services. 

You will evaluate the overall store appearance, merchandising, and the level of customer service provided by the sales/service personnel. 

Each shop pays $11.

Animal Shelter Visit! in Pfleugerville, Texas!!!

This shop is being done to test the phone service, and the service at the actual location. Please call at least 5 times if they do not answer.

It is a two part visit - you must first make a call, then visit the location.

Please schedule the visit for the day you plan on going, and make the call within a day of the visit (before or after, it doesn't matter)
